When you install a chimney liner with Dave's Chimney Service, it comes with a lifetime warranty as long as you keep your chimney maintained yearly with our annual inspection, ChimScan® evaluation, and sweeping.

(scheduled outside the busy season)

Required annual maintenance to keep your liner warranty active.

The warranty transfers to a new homeowner if the chimney is maintained.

Must include inspection, ChimScan® evaluation, and sweeping (sweep required).

We do not book annuals during the busy season (October – December).

Senior, veteran, and first responder discounts may be applicable to qualifying repairs that are performed separately from the annual maintenance.

Inspection-to-Repair Credit

Get an inspection and sweep for $550. If repairs are needed, the $550 cost will be subtracted from your repair project.

This credit cannot be combined with repair discounts or other offers.
